    KIWI ORANGE DRINK

    (from The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas N. Graham, pg 220)

    1 pound kiwi
    16 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice

    Directions: Peel the kiwi and blend with the orange juice.

    My Shake:

    400 grams frozen Kiwi
    400 grams Tangerine Peelers
    6 Chlorella tablets
    1 tablespoon vanilla powder
    1 cup coconut water
    Ice
    dash cinnamon
